Wedding ceremonies are naturally joyous occasions. But when paired with a surprise proposal, I’m sure they’re double the fun and double the celebration.
In this short clip, you can tell that this bride is super excited to surprise her bridesmaid with a proposal she didn’t expect. As the bride eventually takes her position with her back turned to her bridesmaids, she throws in a couple of fake but believable bouquet tosses for good measure.
On the third try, this bride then turns around, walks directly up to her bridesmaid, and hands her the bouquet. An act that is reminiscent of the time that this bride handed her maid of honor her bouquet during the bouquet “toss”.
After the bride gives her the bouquet and pulls her forward, the bridesmaid’s boyfriend then takes it from there, meeting both the bride and his future wife-to-be in the center of the circle made of wedding guests.
I’m so happy they caught such a beautifully romantic moment on camera. It’s one of those moments that deserves to be recorded and come back to after a few years have gone by.
Although the proposal was beautifully executed, the selfless bride really did steal the show by her incredible act of generosity during her own wedding.
