Britney Spears Walks Herself Down The Aisle As She Marries Fiancé Sam Asghari In LA

Britney Spears is the happiest girl in the world today. On Thursday, she and fiancé Sam Asghari tied the knot in an intimate, yet star-studded, ceremony. Insiders said the event was beautiful, as well as deeply emotional.

Brit and Sam wed in Los Angeles. A source told People that Britney was overcome with joy and that she danced the night away.

It truly feels like the happily ever after that Brit's fans have wanted for her for years.

In a move that perhaps represented Brit's independence, she walked herself down the aisle. "She looked absolutely stunning in her main dress," an insider said. "She cried happy tears at some moments."

The source also said that the singer wore a Versace gown for the ceremony but had several outfit changes throughout the night. She really went all out for her happy day. Though she kept her hair and makeup the same, she was totally embracing her fashionista side with all of her different looks.

While the wedding was small at around 60 people, it was absolutely extravagant. Celebrity guests included Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, and Madonna, whom Brit danced with. When the party was over at around 11:30 p.m., Britney and her new husband were picked up in a white Rolls Royce with a "Just Married" sign on the back.

Brit hasn't yet shared pictures of her outfits from her special night, but Paris Hilton looked like she was ready for the event in a sparkling black gown. Clearly, it was a black tie affair.

It really seems like the night was meticulously planned and that it was everything the star hoped it would be. "It ended up being the happiest night for Britney. She wanted a fairytale wedding and she got it. Britney looked stunning," the source said. "She is very excited to be married. She looks forward to a future with Sam."

It seems like it was a really emotional night for Britney, but she wasn't the only one who was feeling the feels. Her husband's manager, Brandon Cohen, spoke to Sam's joy at marrying Brit, too.

"I am very ecstatic this day has come, and they are married. I know he wanted this for so long. He is so caring and supportive every step of the way," he said.

"I am so grateful to have Sam in my life and can't wait for the future they will build together."
