Candles can always set the mood for a calm, relaxing night. But, burning the wax in your house is something that not everyone loves to do.

In this video, someone decides to burn a bay leaf in their house, and within ten minutes it apparently helps alleviate anxiety!
This form of mother nature, as the filmer of this video calls it, actually contains a compound in it called linalool. Linalool is found in many plants and flowers and lets off a calming scent.
And it was found that it also helps decrease anxiety and increase and enhance all social interactions, in a study done by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetics.
So, within 10 minutes of burning this tiny piece of nature, you could feel an intense sense of relief and social excitement.
