5-Year-Old Leaves Motorbike In Dad’s Garage, Then The Next Day It’s Nowhere To Be Found

When 5-year-old Carson Vandervoort realized that someone had stolen his motorbike from his dad's garage, he was devastated. Even more heart breaking was the fact that the little boy from Tacoma, Washington, had saved his money for two years to buy it.

Soon, the news began to spread on local TV stations. The little boy's story caught the attention of a stranger named Steve Nelson.

In the video below, posted on March 19, 2017, Steve explains, "To see him crushed like that broke my heart and there's no way that we're going to let that happen."

Luckily, the owner of Nelson Motorsports got in contact with Carson's father, Mike Vandervoort. Steve told Mike that he's a father of three kids himself and wanted to help.

Steve adds, "We got to get these kids feeling like there is a good world out there and people that care about them."

Together, Steve and Mike lured young Carson to Nelson Motorsports, not fully explaining what was going on.

In the clip, Steve opens the door and Carson enters with his dad.

The 5-year-old looks visibly confused and stands perfectly still, not moving a muscle.

"I hear you got — somebody decided to take your bike. Is that true?" Steve asks as Carson stands frozen to the floor, only nodding. "So, we decided to replace that."

"What?" a puzzled Carson asks and scans the room, still unable to move due to initial discomfort.

Then Steve reveals a certain vehicle that changes Carson's entire perspective.
