Playing with cats is seriously so entertaining — and by playing, I mean making them hunt inanimate objects.
Since cats don't characteristically learn tricks or engage in anything related to fetch, we have to find other ways to play with them.
Cat playtime usually involves dangling something in front of them, like a string or something shiny, and watching them chase it around, in hopes of catching their prey.
Poor kitties are pretty easily deceived; you can wave anything in front of them, from a laser pointer to your own fingers, and you'll activate their urge to hunt.
Once this happens, all you need to do is sit back and watch their big saucer eyes as they flip, jump, and dive at whatever they're after.
One clever cat owner in the video, down below, even found a way to play with his kitties hands-free.
Using remote-controlled helicopters, they decided to fly the crazy contraptions around the room and watch the kitties' bewildered faces.
The two, Bobo and Nikita, are definitely intrigued by the strange flying thing that keeps looping above them.
Every once in a while, the copters will crash-land unto the couch, and the kitties seize the opportunity to strike and paw at them.
Check out the entire clip down below. You'll definitely get a kick out of the kitties and their reluctant new toy.
