Chocolate Coconut Avocado Mousse

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Ripe avocados
  • Almond milk
  • Honey
  • Raw cocoa powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a high powered blender combine all of the ingredients!
  2. Blend until silky smooth.
  3. Scoop mousse into bowl or glassware
  4. Top with fresh bananas, strawberries, or blueberries

Add some toasted almonds to the very top, serve, and make sure to enjoy every single bite while it lasts!
