6-Week-Old Puppy Learns How To Swim For The First Time

When you're really small, all of life's little "firsts" can be pretty scary.

If you’re lucky, you have mom or dad by your side to help you figure it out, but sometimes in the wild, animals have to learn things on their own. When this baby raccoon couldn’t climb up the tree like his mom, she was happy to give him the boost he needed to learn what to do next.

The tiny puppy in this next video is still learning how things work in our big, wide world and even though new experiences can be scary, something tells me this cutie is going to be just fine. Charlie Palmer raises beautiful chocolate labs at this home in sunny Phoenix, AZ. His Facebook page “Charlie’s Champion Chocolate Labrador Retrievers” tells us that they only breed AKC/UKC registered healthy dogs who are excellent hunting companions. However, before this little cutie named Kody Red moves to his new home in Georgia, he needs to learn a few things.

You may think that things like swimming or playing catch comes naturally to all dogs, but as we can see in this video, sometimes they need a little guidance. In the following sweet video, Kody Red learns how to swim for the very first time. At first, the pup is frightened, but once he gets in the water, he couldn’t be happier.

Does it get any cuter than this?! Please SHARE if you loved this adorable puppy’s video!
