Security Camera Captures Clumsy Guy Destroying $7,000 Worth Of TVs — But He Says It’s An Accident

"Beautiful to look at, a wonder to behold, but if you break it, consider it sold!" Or, perhaps the better known version of, "If you break it, you buy it!" No matter how the sign is worded, it's a pretty well-known fact in most stores all around the world; if you end up breaking something that you haven't paid for, you better hope you have the money to afford it.

So when security cameras caught a man looking at some very expensive flatscreen televisions in an electronics store, it was quite surprising to see so many people siding with the "clumsy" shopper. When you watch the footage, you'll probably agree that this could easily happen to anyone!

The man kneels down next to one of the televisions and slowly touches it and, from that moment on, he's out of luck. The TV wobbles for a second before knocking over the one behind it. The man is so startled that he jumps back, right into the two televisions behind him. All in all, the damages amounted to around $7,000.

The man says it was a total accident and that he didn't mean to do it, and it seems the store is going easy on him. They said they set up the televisions in this "domino" fashion to attract more customers, and it seems to have worked!

But next time you're having a bad day, just think of the guy who accidentally destroyed $7,000 worth of brand new TVs!
