You know that feeling when you're sitting with a group of friends and someone says something funny, and before long you're all bent over giggling to the point it seems impossible to stop? That's sort of what happens in this infectious video.
Coca-Cola partnered with Belgian creative agency Gonzalez on a social experiment to find out what would happen if they put one laugh-happy commuter on a crowded subway car.
A smile can send you all those feel-goods, and even has the potential to turn around your day, says the English translation on the project's campaign page. Coca-Cola wanted to see this in motion, so on an Antwerp subway line, they sent out "an undercover laughter coach" to test the patience of fellow commuters. What ensues is an infectious bout of giggling from very nearly every man, woman, and child in the car.
And this isn't the first time that a company has used a viral campaign of random acts of kindness to plug its program, but there's something great about watching all these commuters catch their infectious smiles on their respective journeys. By the end, hardly anyone could keep a straight face — us included. You just may find yourself smiling, too…
