They Called This Dog A Natural Born Killer…Then He Showed His True Colors!

Staffordshire Terriers or "staffies" are a beautiful breed of dog that often face prejudice. For many generations these dogs were bred for fighting which has gained them a reputation as an "aggressive" breed. It's true that these dogs are strong and energetic, but does their breed doesn't automatically make them bad dogs.

And certainly no one can say that about Corbin! Recently, this brave staffie risked his own life by jumping into an ice cold lake to save his owner from drowning!

Philip Skirving was just taking Corbin out for a late-night stroll along the river was it happened. It was dark, and Skirving had a little trouble seeing where he was going. In the blink of an eye, he accidentally tripped and fell into the ice-cold waters.

The water was so frigid that Skirving went into shock and was unable to move. Corbin leapt into the water, grabbed Skirving by his hood, and pulled his owner to shore – all in the blink of an eye.

Corbin is an amazing example of all of the strong points of this mis-judged breed. He's loyal, strong and brave.
