Military Family Makes This Homeless Man Break Down In Tears…

Neal Shytles usually spends holidays alone because he's homeless with no family nearby. This year, he reached out to a local news station and shared his wish to spend Thanksgiving with a family, having a traditional holiday meal.

"I am lonely like 365 days a year but Christmas and Thanksgiving are two of the worst days, and I really miss having some kind of family atmosphere around me," Shytles, who currently lives at the Union Mission in Norfolk, told News Channel 3.

Not long after his story went live, he got an outpouring of responses. Ashley and Cory McLemore answered the inquiry first and invited Shytles to their home for both Thanksgiving lunch and dinner.

"I was crying when she called me and I had to excuse myself because I was emotional," Shytle said about the moment he first heard the LeMores' offer. "They want to feed me lunch and Thanksgiving dinner so I'm getting a double blessing I guess you should say."

There's no doubt that this Thanksgiving will be a day that Shytles never forgets. It's truly incredible to see this amazing couple open their hearts to help someone in need.
