Part of being a parent is helping your kids with their homework without exactly doing it for them.
Twitter user Sydney decided to solicit her dad's help when she was charged with writing an essay about love as schoolwork.
Since her parents have been married for 27 years and are going strong, she must have thought it was a good idea.
If Sydney was hoping for some quotes to help bulk up her paper and meet a word count, she got exactly what she asked for and even more.
In fact, Sydney received a whole novel from her dad via text. The explanation of how Sydney's parents met as told by her dad not only involves a few thumb swipes to get through, but also should probably not be read in public.
That isn't because of any four letter words, but rather that Sydney's dad's explanation of love and description of her mother is so cute that you might even cry.

Like many relationships, Sydney's parents began their journey under unexpected circumstances.

Of course, not every marriage is perfect all the time and has its obligatory rough patches.

Sydney, the youngest, played a special role in the success of her parents' marriage.

He goes on to say that everyone plays a special role in making their family who they are today.

And finally expresses that how he feels can't really be put into words, although I think we can all agree that he did a good job.

Sydney summed it up when she tweeted, "I'm writing an essay about my parents and hearing this from my dad about my mom made me cry. 27 years of marriage."
