Mom Thinks She Had A Miscarriage. Instead, Doctors Stun Her With Ultrasound Of Quadruplets

Julie Davidson rushed to the emergency room with her husband, Justin. The Gainsville, Georgia,  mom believed her lower back pain was a sign that she'd had a miscarriage. However, every pregnant mother's worst fear turned out to be a miracle.

Doctors gave Julie an ultrasound to see if the baby was doing well. Instead, they discovered that Julie had not lost her baby. In fact, she had four healthy little girls inside her.

"We knew we were having a baby but had no idea that we were having quadruplets until I had went to the ER for bad back pain and had an ultrasound," Julie said.

Julie and Justin were expecting quadruplets. The couple has a son from Justin's previous partner, and they're hoping to raise money to care for their unexpectedly growing household.

"I had went to the ER for bad back pain and we had an ultrasound and I thought I was having a miscarriage," Julie wrote on GoFundMe. "Then when the guy said no there are FOUR I freaked out! Not because I was mad but because having quadruplets was not expected or really an 'option' at all when we found out I was pregnant."

“From the moment I told him, he’s had the biggest smile and has been positive and my rock, and I’m so thankful for him!” Julie said of delivering the news to her husband, who went to get her apple juice when she first found out.

"She was crying and I was like, 'This is going to be awesome, like super fun,'"Justin said.

"They say God won't give you more than you can handle. I'm like, maybe he's got me mixed up with someone else," Julie joked.
