Three-year-old Lane Rouch is described by her parents, Chad and Jennifer Rouch, as "quite shy," and to help her overcome her anxiety around new people, her mom decided to do something very special…
Because the Florida family are such diehard Disney fans (or "Disnerds," as they call themselves), they drive 30 minutes to the happiest place on Earth once or twice a week.
Jennifer, who is a seasoned seamstress, worked hard to create authentic Disney costumes for all of Lane's trips to Disney World. What happened next is pure magic!

Princess Tiana was the first character at the park who brought Lane out of her shell, and now, according to Jennifer Rouch, "they have a thing for looking for wildlife and picking flowers in ‘the bayou.'"

"We wanted her to not be crippled by shyness, so we took her to a place where a kid could feel happy and safe to dream and play and be themselves or anyone they want to be," Jennifer told The Huffington Post.

Jennifer makes all of Lane's costumes by recycling and up-cycling materials she finds at thrift stores.

Lane has become something of a celebrity at Disney World. Park workers began following her on Instagram.

Looking through these photos, you would never know that she suffered from shyness!

She even got to meet her Fairy Godmother...

...and got to dance with the Beast himself during a tea party with Chip and friends. The entire restaurant stood and applauded for them as the music swelled!

Lane was named after the classic Superman character, Lois Lane.

Thanks to her devoted and very creative parents, Lane's life is filled with magic!
