I’m sure many people would be surprised when they discover that dogs have a history of making friends with animals of different species.
There’s a North Carolina duo — Biggie the duck and Occy the dog — who have been inseparable ever since they were babies. They’ve learned to do pretty much everything together, and that includes taking a swim in the pool on a warm day.
There’s also an adorable friendship between a horse and a pooch who were captured on video playing tug of war and chasing each other in an open field.
The lamb and the canine featured in the video below are just as entertaining. As the big black dog is lounging on the couch, the little lamb tries desperately to get his attention. What he attempts to do is truly an adorable sight to see. And pay attention to the :14 mark, when the lamb starts putting in an even bigger effort.
What’s also funny is the big dog’s nonchalant reaction to the entire ordeal. I wouldn’t expect him — or any dog for that matter — to just sit there the way he does. He’s certainly a good sport!
