Bullies Mocked This 10-Year-Old Cancer Survivor. His Response Shocked Everyone…

Refusing to let anyone bring him down, 10-year-old Dominic Zaffino is taking a bold stand against his bullies. After years of being tormented for his height, he took to Instagram to call out his "haters," posting a message that's since gone viral.

Dominic is a cancer survivor and his growth was stunted because he went through three-and-a-half years of chemotherapy. Despite what he's been through, even at such a young age, his classmates continued to bully him for being short.

He writes: "You know I may be short, but that's better than being dead. I am very lucky to still be living… You don't have to be tall to win. God slowed down my growth for me to be the best person I can become."

Just like the brave high school student who faced cyberbullying after posting an ad for her plus-sized prom dress, Zaffino was the target of bullying at school and decided to stand up for himself.

Zaffino says he wrote the message because he thought it would help some kids that can't stand up for themselves.

His message has garnered the attention of many celebrities, including Questlove of The Roots, who wrote: "Don't let anyone's words keep you from your destiny in life."

Even the Philadelphia Union reposted his message and has invited the brave soccer fan onto the field.

This heartwarming story shows us that you should never judge someone before you get know what they have actually been through.
