When it comes to surprises, this is actually pretty ingenious. Sure, it's not as tech-y as when this daughter surprised her mom with a pregnancy announcement via GPS, but still, this surprise is as thoughtful as it is creative.
The young woman in the video, Zhaleh George, filmed her and her husband performing a beautiful duet of the classic song "Baby, It's Cold Outside."
What he didn't know, is that she had hidden a very special surprise in the lyrics of the song.
The video begins with him strumming a guitar, and within a few moments the couple begins to sing.
Their harmony is spot-on, and they continue to croon through the song, the Christmas tree behind them giving the video a holiday vibe.
George is holding an iPad up with the song's lyrics on it while she sings.
Now, her husband was under the impression they were only singing the first verse of the song, so when she lifts the iPad to show him the apparent second verse, he is confused.
George raises the iPad further to see the second verse.
When he finally reads it, he's stunned.
Within seconds, he loses it, covering his face in his hands and collapsing into tears.
They begin to sob and laugh together, and then she shows him the true surprise: a positive pregnancy test!
According to her YouTube channel, the lyrics she changed read "Baby, we're having a baby!"
