When Elad Hager of Hope for Paws rescued this scared and homeless pup, who would later be known as Einstein, from a California parking lot, no one would have guessed that just days later he'd be living the real Hollywood lifestyle! Einsten's rescue was definitely dramatic. He knew that area of the parking lot he called home so well, that anytime Elad would try to reach him, Einstein would just duck for cover and run through one of his many escape routes. After using a soccer net to catch the quick pup, this scared little dog's behavior changed almost immediately. Within seconds of being in Elad's car, finally in a warm and safe place, Einstein started wagging his tail and giving out free kisses. It was like he knew he was going to a better place; and boy did he ever!! Einstein spent the next 10 days getting cleaned up and going through surgery to remove several burrs that were embedded into his skin. During his recuperation he was able to meet legendary actress and animal rights supporter Betty White!! Yep, that Betty White!!
Einstein's Hollywood dream didn't end there! Once Einstein healed from his surgery and he received a clean bill of health from his veterinarian, he was quickly adopted by none other than Hollywood actor and director Emanuele Secci!
We hear that Einstein and Secci are now inseperable and something tells us he is adapting quite nicely to his new digs! What an amazing story and a true rags to riches tale! Congrats Einstein!
