I’ve got my Tuesday/Thursday Bikram yoga class. My downward facing dog and warrior pose give me a pretty good stretch. But I swear I’ve never seen anyone do anything like this! It’s a ten-minute video, so I thought I’d just watch a move or two, but every single one looks more impossible (and painful!) than the last!
At the 8:30 mark, I was more than a little worried this video wouldn’t have a happy ending. I still can’t figure out how she got into–or out of–positions like that. What do you think?
