You're about to step inside a cool yet creepy place, full of beauty, mystery and spine-tingling history.
Here's what we know about the house. Built in the 1800s and located in Exton, PA, this house is known as the Exton Witch House. It's said that the family who used to live there practiced witchcraft. There used to be four graves next to the house which were the Ferrell family, which consisted of a mother, father and two children. It's reported in old newspapers that all of the Ferrell family members died in the late 1800s by "suspicious circumstances." Today, these graves are missing.
YouTube user, "Abandoned Steve" visited the Exton Witch House and filmed his exploration of the home. He says there's a small hut that was once a well, which led through an underground tunnel to the basement of the house. Many people have reported strange things happening on and inside the property. At 2:37, Steve explains that as he was filming the spot where the Ferrells are buried, his camera kept detecting faces and re-focusing.
The house has been vandalized and stands unkept and unoccupied. The chairs pushed together and facing the wall? Okay, that's totally creepy. Many viewers of this video believe in the supernatural, and that if there's any truth to the rumors of hauntings, the Ferrell family may well still be there. We've seen abandoned homes full of mysterious stories to tell, and the Exton Witch House is not exception.
