Many people might be hesitant to introduce a tiny French bulldog puppy to a huge Great Dane, but DeNiro's humans trusted their big pup when it came time for him to meet the newest four-legged family member. As it turns out, the one they should have been worried about was their new puppy! This itty bitty ball of cuteness was ready to take on whatever he came face-to-face (or face-to-legs) with, and that included the massive beast that watched over his new home. Just watch how the Great Dane reacts to his pint-sized opponent!
Even though a dog this big could easily tear this little Frenchie apart, he's incredibly gentle! Just like this pit bull who was confronted by a feisty Chihuahua, DeNiro seemed to recognize the vast difference in size between him and his new buddy. I love how he plays with the French bulldog puppy without even really touching him! It reminded me a lot of how this rottweiler reacted when he was introduced to a tiny kitten. These dogs really are gentle giants.
Of course, when introducing any two animals for the first time, it's important to have multiple people present to intervene just in case one of them gets too wound up. Thankfully, DeNiro's owners didn't have anything to worry about when it came time for him to meet his new best friend!
