If someone broke into your house, your first instinct would probably be to call 911. But, what would you do if the police couldn't even help you?
That's the unfortunate scenario seen in the spooky video below as a poor man hears something coming from his basement. While it's unclear whether or not this footage is real, it's still petrifying to watch, just like the apparent ghost activity caught on camera at a restaurant.
"I think there's somebody in my house right now," the homeowner is heard saying. "What happened was I was hearing some strange noises coming from my basement, and I decided to go down there and see what it was and I think I saw someone standing in the corner."
Unfortunately for the man, it's not someone who can be taken away in handcuffs, much like the woman who has to deal with a paranormal night intruder.
Like most people would be, the man ran upstairs once he spotted the figure. But, at the :45 mark, we catch a glimpse of who the person who decided to visit his house that day. And it's definitely not a sight anyone would want to see, especially if they were home alone.
