Man Takes A GoPro To Visit With Grizzly Bears, The Result Is Mind-Blowing

Casey Anderson is a renowned naturalist, filmmaker and wildlife enthusiast. Ever since he was a little boy growing up in Montana, he's had a special knack for befriending animals. More than a decade ago, Anderson rescued a grizzly bear named Brutus and founded the Montana Grizzly Encounter in order to provide a natural home for other rescued grizzlies. In honor of Endangered Species Day, he took a GoPro camera into the wild to capture their unlikely friendship and teach viewers the importance of conservation and respect.

As you're about to see, this human and grizzly bear share an amazing bond that is not only extremely unlikely, but also unbelievable to watch. In the video below, these best friends wrestle, play, tease, splash, and snuggle. The bear completely lets his guard down in the ultimate show of trust.

"If an animal can't live in the wild then there's two choices: to be euthanized or to be placed in a captive situation," Anderson says. "No bear born in captivity that doesn't get raised by a wild mother in the wild will survive."

We must do everything we can to protect and preserve these incredible animals. Grizzly bears are not monsters.
