One sight seeing family learned a valuable lesson while on vacation earlier this month: Yogi Bear is adorable right up until the point he's clawing at your window and hungry for more than just a picnic basket.
ABC News reports that a family's recent trip to Yellowstone National Park turned terrifying after a grizzly bear ventured out of his woodland sanctuary in search of a snack. Their friends behind them managed to to catch the whole harrowing event on their phones as the bear approached the car of David and Valerie Peters with their niece and their friend's daughter in the backseat. "There's a bear on my car!" you can hear Valerie saying, sounding simultaneously excited and horrified. The little girls, for their part, seemed to find the whole ordeal mesmerizing.
In fact, one of the two girls in car described the event as the "best day of my life, so far."
After a period of attempting to open the car to no avail, the giant grizzly either got bored or spooked and can be seen running back towards the woods. Kinda reminds us of another curious bear we saw in the news recently (though this one wasn't quite as keen to stick around).
