Four-year-old Emma is certain that she didn't eat a chocolate doughnut. Her brother might have, but she certainly didn't – even though there is evidence to the contrary all over her face!
In this adorable video, Emma does her best defense lawyer impression, and almost sells it too, until her mom lets her know there's a little bit of chocolate on her mouth. It's all downhill from there, and as you can see, even the best defense in the world can't hold up to mom's cold hard facts!
The funniest part is, her brother is completely honest, and even implicates himself at one point! Kids will be kids!
