I love cooking, but if I can find a way to make my time in the kitchen even easier, I will definitely try it. I've tried tricks to double the amount of juice I can get from a lime. I've even discovered the secret to cutting onions without shedding a tear. So naturally, when I saw this food hack to serve perfectly-sized portions? I was shocked to find that the answer was quite literally in the palm of my hand.

I've never been able to easily measure out meal portions until now. This extremely easy trick reveals how to serve the right amount of food using different measurements on your hand. I can use this to figure out the correct healthy portion for eating cheese, ice cream, pasta, meat, butter, and peanut butter. It's so simple!

Using your hand, you can easily figure out the correct portion for cheese, ice cream, pasta, meat, butter, and peanut butter.
