Hilarious! You Gotta Hear This Toddler’s Conversation With His Dad. I Can’t Stop Laughing!

I love this. Meet 1-year Old Jacob. His dad won't let him go outside on the balcony because it's dangerous, but their conversation made me laugh so hard that I have tears in my eyes! Listen close! This is one of the funniest things I've seen in a while!!
