Have you ever heard of the "spoons" prank? This one is really easy to play on your friends and family, as long as you have 3 willing participants. I wouldn't recommend smacking your family as hard as these guys do, but the result will be just as funny! There are many examples of this prank on Youtube, but this one had me in stitches.
