There are a few things that you should never touch if they belong to someone else.
I'd never touch another person's computer without asking first, I'd never touch the child of another person, and I would never, ever touch someone else's underwear.
Especially not if they were my neighbor! Apparently, not everyone has that common courtesy.
I could possibly understand touching someone else's underwear if I didn't know what it was and I found it at my house. But I could not imagine going into someone's backyard and grabbing their underwear off their clothesline.
But that is exactly what happened to Charlotte Wilkinson's mother, and the neighbor decided to add a very rude letter with the underwear!
I hope Charlotte's mother gave this neighbor a piece of her mind because I know I would have marched right over to say something!

Charlotte Wilkinson, who lives in Stokeinteignhead, England, took to Facebook to share the outrageous note her mother got.
Apparently, her neighbor took issue with her lacy panties pictured above.
I have no idea why, they should give this mom kudos for buying such cute underwear!
Her issue with the "garment" stems from the fact that there is a primary school in the village within sight of her yard.
Charlotte was outraged that this neighbor thought the underwear, which was on a clothesline in the yard, would be deemed inappropriate.
All of Charlotte's Facebook friends agreed and could not believe that this neighbor actually took the underwear off the line and took the time to the write the note.
They offered suggestions for what Charlotte's mother should do about the situation.
