Toddlers may be adorable, but right around that age, they start to begin to understand how to tell tall tales. It's half learning how to think creatively, and half learning how to escape consequences, so most parents walk a fine line of listening to those tales (like the one about how the diaper cream got everywhere) and helping their kids realize they see right through them ("I know you ate the doughnut – the evidence is all over your face!").
While most of these toddler tall tales involve eating something they shouldn't have, or possibly painting themselves with markers or diaper cream, one little girl in Pennsylvania was caught in quite a big lie by her mother – a lie involving a baby cow sitting in the living room!
When this adorable 5-year-old's mother asked how her baby calf got into the house, the little girl did her best to make it seem like it was all an accident, but the way the two cuddle up together, it seems very clear that their bond is too adorable to deny!
