- Manila folder or small piece of cardboard
- Scissors
- Pencil
2. Cut Manila Folder And Fold In Half To Desired Tassel Length
3. Wrap Embroidery Floss Around The Folded Square
4. When You Have Your Desired Thickness, Loop Thread Through And Make A Knot
5. Transfer Embroidery Floss Over To A Pencil
6. Tie A Knot Around The Thread To Create The "Bubble" On Top
7. Cut The Loop At The Bottom To Create The Tassel Fringe
