Help Find The Cruel Neighbors Who Keep Spray Painting This Dog! I’m APPAULED!

A New Hampshire man is looking for the mean-spirited neighbors who keep spray painting his dog every time he gets out.

Balto the dog is a friendly husky who occasionally gets out of his back yard, and even though there is a leash law in his neighborhood, most of the people who live there own dogs, and think Balto is harmless.

“He doesn’t do anything destructive to anybody or anybody’s property,” said one neighbor of Balto. “My three dogs will run out there and just go after him, and he just sits there calm as a cucumber.”

But for whatever reason, every once in a while when Balto escapes, he comes home with spray paint on him. One time he came home with a pink stripe, and most recently, a green stripe across his back.

“I just don’t want anybody doing it to the dog anymore,” Jay Filter, Balto's owner, said about his decision to get authorities involved. “If they have a problem with me or my dog being loose, call the authorities, call me, call animal patrol. It’s not something you do to a poor dog.”

Huskies have three coats of fur, which is why the spray paint is such an issue. It's very toxic, and can be hard to get out of thick fur like Balto's.
