Sometimes it's those seemingly insignificant acts of kindness that help us get through the day or make our day just a little bit brighter. Mom Louise Sharp experienced one of these little acts of kindness thanks to a total stranger who happened to be a little girl.
In a Facebook post, she recounts how the little girl surprised her by flagging her down in the street. She handed her a bouquet of flowers, a chocolate bunny, and a note. Taken aback by the gesture, she thanked her for her supportive words. However, it wasn't until she went home and read the note a little more closely that she fully realized the impact those words had on her.

When mom Louise Sharp read the note a little girl handed to her out of the blue, she couldn't help but post about her kindness on social media. She writes:
Actually can not believe what’s just happened…
I was walking through Whitley Bay town centre with Jessica, I heard someone shout ‘Excuse me’, I turned around expecting someone to tell me I’d dropped something, or ask who my energy supplier is – the norm in Whitley Bay.
But instead a young girl aged around 8 or 9 handed me a bunch of daffodils, a chocolate bunny and a note and said ‘these are for you.’
Compleatly thrown I asked ‘Oh my goodness, why’? and she replied ‘because you’re special, and people need to be told they’re special. And we all need to be kind to each other. So these are off me and my Grandad’
Compleatly gobsmacked I thanked her and told her she’s extremely kind and that makes her special too.
I doubt you’ll see this, but I’ve just read the note properly and found your name and thank you so much Cassidy and Grandad. You have just compleatly made my day, if not my year you inspirational girl and I’ll keep the note forever and look at it everytime I feel I’m having a difficult day.
