There wasn’t a dry eye watching when Lizzie and Moe of Animal Planet’s Pit Bulls and Parolees tied the knot.
Firstly, the couple adorably included Moe’s dog Monster in the ceremony. The senior pooch even wore a red collar to represent Moe’s favorite color.
“This is a dog who's been by Moe’s side for years and years, and I connected with him instantly when I met him,” Lizzie said. “So it was really important to Moe and I that Monster was at the ceremony and a part of everything.”
Aside from watching Monster being led down the aisle in a wagon pushed by Moe’s twin brother, Kanani, it’s also hard not to get emotional seeing their adoptive mom give a speech. (This is just as heartwarming as the time a groom also shared vows with his bride's daughter!)
At the 1:45 mark, Tia stood in between the bride and groom and expressed admiration for her son, as well as love for her new daughter-in-law. Her touching words made both of them shed some tears.
“To know that Lizzie is going to be there now to protect him, to watch out for him, that’s my kind of girl,” the founder of Villalobos Rescue Center also said.
