They’ve Invented A New Way To Get Around The Golf Course. Do NOT Let Your Husband See This!

The golf industry has been trying to get the younger generation excited about the sport for quite some time now, and there's a new invention that just might make that happen.

Of course, some of the younger generation was already interested: some boys aspire to be the next Tiger Woods, and then there's Jordan Spieth, who recently made golfing history — still, many kids prefer more action-packed sports.

That’s probably the reason why the average age of golfers in resorts is 49, as reported by the New York Times.

This new invention presented in the video below looks like it could really attract 20-somethings. It’s a scooter-like device called a Golfboard.

“Somebody that has no prior experience on a skateboard, on a snowboard, on a stand up paddle board, on a kiteboard, could get on this thing and feel completely secure, completely stable,” Golfboard representative Jordan Greenbaum says.

And watch how easily the Trysting Tree Golf Club’s Head Pro Sean Arey cruises down the golf course with the device at the 1:18 mark. It looks enthralling!

“In the golf industry, this is something new, exciting, different, creative, something that brings a little more spark to the game of golf that we haven’t provided for,” Arey says.

Check out the video below and please SHARE with your friends — they might want to start playing golf now!
