Sir Yawns Alot was abandoned on the streets, and lived aimlessly for years before he was finally rescued by a cat shelter. By the time he was rescued, he was an older cat with a lot of pain and suffering, including a broken ear drum.
Sadie is a 7-month old kitten who had been mauled by a dog and could not walk.
When the small shelter where both Sir Yawns Alot and Sadie were recuperating put them together to save space, something incredible happened. The older tom cat took an immediate interest in Sadie, and started to protect her and take care of her. Soon, the two were inseparable. Even though they couldn't be more different, they found a connection, and that's what makes this story beautiful! Look at them embracing one another! SO SWEET!
