Somersworth, New Hampshire, police believed they were responding to a routine burglary when they first arrived at the home where they arrested 20-year-old Mauricio Damian-Guerrero. What they would find out, however, was much more terrifying.
It was after 4 a.m. on February 9, 2022, when a woman staying at her mother's home called police after seeing a man standing in her bedroom doorway, watching her sleep. When police arrived, they located Damian-Guerrero on the roof of the home. He was arrested on burglary charges.

The reality, however, was that it wasn't the first time Damian-Guerrero had been in the home. He'd broken into that home, as well as the woman's apartment, several times after subscribing to her content on OnlyFans.
The OnlyFans model explained that she had given Damian-Guerrero, a subscriber, her address in October 2021 because he wanted to buy her a TV and a fireplace. Weeks later, she was outside of her apartment when she noticed a car that had appeared on her street a number of times. One day, she caught Damian-Guerrero ducking down in the car, trying to hide from her.
Though the model had made it clear she didn't want to meet up with Damian-Guerrero in real life, she started to become scared when he showed up in his car on her street. He admitted to her that he'd driven up from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and slept there a number of times. The woman felt trapped and "felt like she had to be nice at that point" to Damian-Guerrero to maintain her safety.
The model continued cautiously texting with him, sometimes being friendly but also telling him to back off other times. When the incident at her mother's house happened, she was aware he was in the area because he'd FaceTimed her from outside her mother's home. She immediately told him to leave and never come back.
The model, along with her young child, went to go stay with her mom because of these concerns. The two women were cautious but noticed things were "off" throughout the weekend of the incident, from an inexplicably opened window to noises from the attic at night. Her keys even disappeared from their usual spot one day, only to turn back up the next.
Investigators discovered Damian-Guerrero had been staying in an Airbnb nearby in Portsmouth when he traveled to the area. He traveled to the woman's mother's home and initially gained entry with a crowbar he'd gotten at Home Depot, though it's unclear how he got the address after the model told him to cease trying to visit her after the encounter outside her own apartment. Once he was able to grab her keys, however, he made a copy of the keys to her mother's home and put the originals back, allowing him to access the home on a number of occasions.
Damian-Guerrero would hide out in the home's attic. The woman discovered a cup of urine, food, and headphones in the attic after his arrest. Investigators uncovered naked photos of a woman in his car, as well as a pair of women's underwear in the center console.
Damian-Guerrero would sneak down into the home as the model slept. He would take pictures of her in what she was wearing to bed. Some pictures were of the woman naked. In some photos, her child was sleeping next to her. A Tile location tracker, which he intended to put in her car, was also located.
The model was shown the photos and video and was devastated, having been completely unaware that they were taken.
"It was clear from (the woman's) hands visibly shaking that she was distraught and upset over the news she just received regarding these videos and Mauricio being in her home," a detective wrote in the police affidavit regarding the incident.
Damian-Guerrero confessed to investigators that he had broken into both residences. He claimed, however, that he broke in to retrieve a TV, a fireplace, and other personal items he had left at the woman's apartment during a previous visit, insinuating that he'd once been welcome in the home. He admitted to taking the photos but didn't admit to any awareness of a child's presence. He told investigators that the woman "wanted a man to be obsessed with her and stalk her."
Damian-Guerrero has been charged with four counts of burglary. He has been released on bail but banned from contacting the woman or going to the state of New Hampshire. He is required to wear a tracking device.
"He was released with pretty strict bail conditions," said Emily Garod, deputy county attorney for Strafford County.
"But it is an ongoing concern of ours, the safety of the victim during the pendency of this case, so that is why we asked for him to be held pending trial."
