This video story posted by Wonderbot on YouTube shares the story of a little boy who stood at his mother’s grave, begging her to “take me with you,” when something special and unexpected happened.
Kevin was only 6 years old when his mother died in an accident. He never knew his father, so he was taken to live in an orphanage in hopes that someone would adopt him.
He never really felt as though he fit in at the orphanage. He would dream that one day his mother would come back to rescue him. He thought of this so much that soon the other kids started to tease him about it.
“You need to face the truth, Kevin. Your mother is no longer alive and you’ll never see her again. Stop being a baby!” one of his roommates told him.
One day, the children were taken outside to play at a nearby park. When no one was looking, Kevin decided to make a run for it to the cemetery. He wanted to visit his mom’s grave as he had promised her that he would.
It was his first time being there and seeing his mom’s name on the gravestone. He couldn’t help but break down in tears. He begged his mother to come back and take him with her, because there was no one else left on Earth to take care of him.
At that moment, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around and saw an angelic-looking woman standing behind him. She asked him why he was crying, and he told her about losing his mom and living in the orphanage.
