Paris Hilton is opening up about an intimate part of her life: the sexual experiences she's had with her past partners … or the lack thereof.
As Paris admitted to Harper's Bazaar, she spent most of her 20s, which was the time period in which she was the most famous, deliberating on whether or not she was asexual.
Paris explained, "I called myself the 'kissing bandit' because I only liked to make out. A lot of my relationships didn't work out because of that."
She says that this was the same time period in which she and Nicole Richie became famous for their reality show The Simple Life.
Things changed for Paris after she met Carter Reum in 2019. As she told the outlet, the two don't have the same problems that she's had in the past. Paris said, "I enjoy hooking up with my husband."
Paris also says that she was interested in Carter because he wasn't like anyone else she had been in a relationship with. She explained, "He's not famous. He's smart. He comes from a nice family. He's a good person. It was the opposite of what I had been used to when I was looking for guys."
These days, she's feeling a lot healthier. As Paris put it, "I just feel like after all the h*ll I’ve been through, I’m finally getting what I deserve. Which is someone I can trust and someone to build a real life with."
The two are so close that they decided to keep their pregnancy via surrogate a total secret, even from their family members. As she put it, "My entire life has been so public. I've never had anything for myself. We decided that we wanted to have this whole experience to ourselves."
Of her newborn son, who was born in January 2023, Paris says that she is very protective. As she put it, "I want to protect him and to be with him every second. You have this mother instinct that kicks in, which I've never had before. I feel so complete now."
