Making pie is actually not as easy as a lot of people think. If you want to do it right, it takes time and patience. It also takes a little skill.
We do a lot of of easy baking tips here, and that's good, because often you don't have the time to put in making a delicate and intricate pie. Sometimes you just want to make something delicious with two ingredients, or you want to put it in the microwave and call it a day.
But if you ever do end up having time to make that perfect pie, this video is for you.
Making the kind of crust that comes out flaky every time, or that doesn't bubble over, requires a few little loving touches. Watching this video, I finally figured out the perfect way to make the sides of my pie look professional. I'm definitely going to try this out this week.
