When three tiny puppies were heard screaming for help, the whole community was shocked and appalled at what they found.
Newborns, thrown in a trash can like garbage. All three still had their umbilical cords attached to their stomachs. While this is certainly horrible and will make even the calmest of people turn red with rage, at the very least these puppies were found alive and healthy.
The babies were rushed to the Fond du Lac Humane Society, which knew how to take care of day-old puppies, but there are more problems it seems. The foster mom is doing her best to take care of them all, using special puppy formula, but their budget is dwindling, and they're down to their very last bottle.
Puppies this young often need an actual dog mother in order to get all the nutrients they need from milk. So the Humane Society has sent out an all-points bulletin begging for anyone to bring a mama dog who is nursing her own babies.
Thankfully, it seems like this adorable trio has made it through the very worst of it, but keeping them in your thoughts and prayers certainly won't hurt. While we'll never find the awful person who did this horrible deed, at least we can all be happy that these three will find a happy new forever home that will treat them with love and kindness!
