Have you ever wanted to play in puddles? If you don't recall that ever crossing your mind, you probably just don't remember because you were so young.
I know how much my 2-year-old nephew is obsessed with bouncing in and out of puddles when it rains and he's got his rain boots on, so I can imagine how many other little ones do it too.
However, adults are usually not in the same mindset when it rains. I personally prefer sunshine so I can stay dry. And I think Lauren Hewitt might too.
But she's a reporter, so clearly she doesn't always have much of a say in where she ends up. And on a very stormy day, she found herself near a busy road — unfortunately not dry for long.
In the video below, as she delivers a report, a car speeds by and splashes her with a huge puddle.
Her reaction is absolutely priceless, but thankfully, we get to see it twice. Right after she turns and walks away, she assumes it's safe to turn back into position. Then she's surprised with an even bigger splash, leaving her absolutely soaked.
Thank God she has a good sense of humor about it — not everyone would!
