After the family cat got a hold of this perfectly healthy little duckling, the owners quickly stepped in to rescue the tiny baby. Unsure of where the cat snatched the duck, they had the brilliant idea to take the duckling outside and see if it would call to its mother. And what do you know?! The baby started chirping like crazy and eventually, Mama duck responded in the distance, and came running with the whole family!
My favorite part of the video is the very end, when the baby duckling is finally reunited with his mother, waiting nearby and ready for her baby to come home. I love happy endings like this. I'm so thankful that the family did what they needed to do!
