Riley Keough has filed to become the sole trustee of Lisa Marie Presley's estate following an agreement she struck with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, and the father of her twin sisters, Michael Lockwood.
The agreement is reportedly part of the terms that the trio agreed to. She also has no plans to charge a fee for the role as trustee, and reports have noted this move "will save money that would have gone to Priscilla who was going to charge a trustee fee."
Priscilla will still serve as the trustee for a subtrust set aside for her son, Navarone Garibaldi, who has received one-ninth of the total amount of the trust. The remaining eight-ninths goes to Riley and her sisters.
Priscilla will also receive a one-time lump payment. The amount of the payment has not been disclosed. Priscilla will also serve as a "Special Advisor to the Trust" and will be paid a monthly amount that has also not been disclosed for that service.

Riley has also been named sole owner of Graceland, Elvis Presley's home. She has reportedly agreed to allow her grandmother to be buried at the home, and her burial site "will be at the location closest to Elvis Presley without moving any existing gravesite."
