My house is a hair pile. I am not kidding you. I have a dog; his name is Zephyr. He has white hair with black spots, and he's the handsomest boy in the whole wide world. Unfortunately, he's also the sheddiest boy in the whole wide world. I swear, I'll vacuum on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning I'm finding more hair piles in the corners of my living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I wouldn't trade Zephyr in for anything in the world, but you better believe I need to have a vacuum cleaner that works.
I actually have three vacuum cleaners. One regular standing vacuum, one robo-vac, and one handheld dealie. They all serve different purposes, and I feel like I need them all. That being said, I would absolutely love to have one vacuum to rule them all. That's where the Roborock Q5 Series comes in.
When I first let Roborock loose on my hairy floors, my fear was that it would be confused by my carpets. But it actually seamlessly goes from floor to carpet without missing a beat — or a hair, as it were.
I have to admit that I'm not the kind of person who is great at remembering to empty the vacuum chamber regularly, but that's another great thing about Roborock. You can go up to seven weeks without emptying the 2.7-liter dust bag, which also happens to be an effective air filter, which is actually tested to filter 99.7% of pollen!
Want another reason to get excited? Good, because there are many. The Roborock comes complete with an app so you can easily control your little helper with your phone. That's definitely a win, because that thing (the phone) is pretty much superglued to my hand. I'm not proud of it, but I'm working on it, OK?
Basically, if you want the type of vacuuming experience where you can set it and forget it, the Roborock is a dream come true. No more getting twisted up in an unwieldy cord situation and knocking things over while you try to untangle yourself from the fray. Roborock is smarter than those other robot vacuums, and frankly, it does a better job of tidying my space. I mean, those other vacuums don't mop, too, so that's obviously a boon.
I would recommend this vacuum for families with pets and kids who don't have time to be doing all of their vacuuming manually, since we know it's pretty much a daily grind. Now here's to hoping I can keep my space this clean all of the time.
Roborock Q5 Series With 3D Mapping
The Roborock Q5 Series is a serious vacuum cleaner with a self-emptying dock, making hands-free cleaning super simple for up to seven weeks before I even have to get involved. It also seamlessly floats from my hardwood floors to my carpets without issue. Game changer! The custom cleaning routines are simple to set, and I know Robo will do a great job because the suction is legit. Zephyr hairs don't even see it coming. I can also pair the RB with Alexa if I so choose.
The Roborock Q5 Series is currently on sale at Amazon.
