Some "pranks" aren't really pranks at all. Rather, acts of kindness intended to bring complete strangers together in unexpected ways.
Coca-Cola recently took to New York City's Penn Station, where hundreds of thousands of people rush past each other without so much as a glance, every single day. The famous brand created soda machines that dispense two bottles of Coca-Cola, even when a customer orders only one. The message? "Share a Coke with humanity." Throughout the day, cameras captured people from all walks of life walking up to complete strangers and handing them the extra bottle of Coke — like a man who gives his to three soldiers; a girl who gives hers to a police officer; and a man who gives his to a guy down on his luck, collecting empty bottles so he can cash them in. It's pretty amazing to see the look of surprise on everyone's faces.
As if that's not enough, flight attendants from Jetblue have a special surprise in store for all those kindhearted people who gave their Cokes to strangers. I won't give it away, but I will say it's well worth their sweet gestures.
It is incredible what a simple thank you can do to brighten another person's day. Enjoy, and please SHARE this video with your friends on Facebook!
