While shutting down a North Carolina puppy mill, HSUS workers found Stella, a distressed and disabled small chihuahua with a ton of energy. Although her early life was awful, this small dog's rescue story will bring a smile to your face.

Today, Stella's new owner, Joy, spoils her and tells everyone Stella is her little diva.The best part is that Joy's friend and coworker, Meghan, adopted another dog from the same puppy mill, so the two dogs get to spend time with each other.
