Nowadays, people love taking pictures of themselves. Anyone with a smartphone can quickly take a selfie anytime, anywhere.
And the people who are known for taking the most pictures of themselves? Teens and young adults.
Usually, when we look back through selfies we've taken, we find one or two that we like and then delete the rest.
Sometimes we find something surprising in the background of one of our pictures: a person we didn't realize was walking by, a reflection from a window, or something else that makes the photo unusable.
Once in a while, though, we find something in a photo that definitely shouldn't be there.
When 13-year-old Haley went fishing with her brother Kolton and their grandparents, she spent some of the time taking pictures of the experience.
Kolton caught the largest fish he'd ever caught, so he and Haley went back to the truck. Haley got in the cab of the truck and took a selfie while Kolton put supplies in the back.
When she looked at the selfie again some time later, though, she was shocked to find an unexpected figure in the background near Kolton.

After a day of fishing with her grandparents and brother, 13-year-old Haley decided to take some quick pictures.
She got in her grandparents' truck and started snapping selfies.
While Kolton put fishing supplies into the back of the truck, Haley took more selfies.
The only other people around were Haley and Kolton's grandparents.
Later, when Haley went back through her pictures, she saw something strange in one of her selfies: another person.
Haley and Kolton are sure that they were completely alone at the fishing area — and the man in the photo is definitely not one of their grandparents.
Haley showed her mom, Jessica Ogletree, the picture, and she immediately posted the photo on Facebook.
It quickly went viral, receiving over 7,400 likes and over 6,500 shares.
Jessica explained:
This picture was taken by my 13-year-old daughter earlier today at Paradise (the fishing place) in Tifton, Ga.
Notice my son Kolton in the background, and then notice the gentleman standing to his right!!!
Ya’ll [sic] this gentleman was NOT with them today and there was no one else at these back ponds where they were fishing!
The only people there today were Haley, Kolton, and their grandparents Dennis and Vera Baldree. Haley was going back through her pictures and saw this and needless to say freaked out and called me lol!
I personally think it's pretty cool because today is Kolton's birthday and he caught the biggest fish he's ever caught!
It looks like the man is happy for him!
