Take a stroll down through any large city and you're bound to see some amazing things. Even though you may be in the big bad city, you don't need to break the bank for high-quality entertainment.
Head on over to the town square and you'll see the kind of talent the locals have to offer. You may see someone keeping a beat with an overturned bucket or a man painted silver moving like a robot or just someone dressed up as Elmo giving out free hugs.
However, if you're super-lucky, you'll stumble upon a performer like the one in the video below. On the streets of the Zaragoza, Spain, this man has mastered rhythm and physics to show off a new way of making music. After setting up his drum kit, he stands a few feet away with a kick drum and two cymbals and, somehow, throws his drumsticks against the drums in a way that both continues the beat and bounces the sticks back to him.
We guarantee you that you've never seen a street performer quite like this guy, Fuman Musicologo. And you can tell he works himself to the bone perfecting his technique. Toward the end, he drops his drumsticks, and even after such an impressive performance, he seems pretty frustrated with himself for messing up. That's the sign of a true artist; one who never settles and always wants to push himself to improve. Bravo!
