A Woman Accused Of Brutally Killing Her Boyfriend Physically Attacks Her Attorney In Court

In this news story shared by Inside Edition, an alleged killer, who is accused of brutally killing and dismembering her boyfriend in Wisconsin, physically attacked her own lawyer in the courtroom.

Taylor Schabusiness, 25, was in court for a hearing when she laid hands on her defense attorney, who was sitting next to her. In the footage, you can see Schabusiness begin to try to elbow her lawyer in the face before a court officer manages to pull her to the ground.

A barefoot Schabusiness gives the court officer a difficult time restraining her as she simply won’t stop trying to be physical with him, either.

According to the New York Post, Schabusiness attacked her defense attorney, Quinn Jolly, after the judge suggested that the trial be postponed two months. The accused killer is still undergoing psychiatric evaluations by mental health professionals to ensure that she’s mentally competent to withstand trial.

The Post reports that Schabusiness is accused of the February 2022 murder of her boyfriend, Shad Thyrion. The defendant has been accused of the murder and decapitation of Thyrion, which is said to have taken place during sexual intercourse, and mutilating his corpse with a serrated bread knife.
